To find the greatest possible mass of 1 cm³ of the box, use the greatest possible mass of the whole box and divide it by the smallest possible volume of the box.

Smallest possible volume of the box
= 18.5 cm³ (if it were lower, will be rounded down to 18 cm³ eg. 18.499999999... cm³)

Greatest possible mass of the box
= 67.549999999999..... g

(If it were higher , it would be rounded up to 67.6 g for example, 67.55g ≈ 67.6 g (nearest 0.1g) )

So 67.5499999999...g ÷ 18.5 cm³
= 3.65135135135.... g/cm³
