Units and parts method :

Men : Women
1unit : 10 units
(+5 men) : (+1 woman)
In the end
1 part : 3 parts
Therefore,
1u+5=1p —> equation 1
10u+1=3p —> equation 2
10u+1=3(1u+5)
10u+1=3u+15
10u-3u=15-1
7u=14
1u=2(men at first)
10u=20(women at first)
