is there a change in the water level when water is poured into the communicating vessels when one or 2 or the openings are sealed

note: vessel capacity is 2000 mL, and 2100 mL is poured into the vessel. Overflowing should occur.
for (a)
there is an excess of 100 mL poured into the vessel.
water level is at the brim for A to D, and some water (100 mL) overflowed
for (b)
assume the seals are air-tight,
and pls rem that air is compressible
for A & D, the water level is near the brim with an air gap between the seal and water level. [The air gap exerts air pressure on the water ]
for B & C, the water level is at the brim.
