Ria, you need to understand the purpose of each apparatus.

A burette (P in the question) is an equipment for measuring the volume of a liquid or aqueous reactant used, to an accuracy of 0.05 cm3. Thus, we can measure, say, 24.85 cm3 of a liquid precisely.

A gas syringe (Q in the question) is an equipment for collecting and measuring the volume of a gas.

A measuring cylinder (R in the question) is an equipment for measuring the volume of a liquid or an aqueous reactant conveniently, to a less accurate value of 1 cm3. In other words, we can only read off readings in blocks of 1 cm3 (although actually 0.5 cm3 is possible).

A pipette (S in the question) is an equipment for measuring a fixed volume of liquid used, depending on the specifications of the pipette. A 20.0 cm3 pipette, for example, is only capable of measuring 20.0 cm3 of liquid (sharp at 20.0 cm3) and nothing else.

For option A,P is a pipette. Therefore it is used for titration.
However for option d, the volume of the burette is 25cm^3, therefore it would not be possible to measure 20cm^3 as a burette measures a fixed volume.
