You start with a general equation for quadratic formula in perfect square form:

a(x-b)^2 + C, where point (b,c) is the point if inflection.

You are given the minimum point of the graph to be (1,-4000). So you can substitute it to the equation, leaving only a to solve.

Im not sure if you are given any further information, but if you are allowrd to estimate, you can try estimating the x axis intersection at y=0 near x=2 to x=3. Once you estimate that value, you can substitute into the equation and find the value of a

If you are given the coordinates, or able to estimate the coordinates, you can try using linear law as well as linear regression to find the equation
