1/4 money = 8 plushies + 4 keychains = 8 plushies + 2 plushies = 10 plushies
Remaining money = 1 - 1/4 = 3/4
1/2 of remaining money = 1/2 × 3/4 = 3/8 money
1/4 = 2/8 = 10 plushies
1/8 = 5 plushies
3/8 = 15 plushies
Total plushies = 8 + 15 plushies = 23 plushies
