turn the ratios into units and equate them into 7u-29=3u+389+170 since there are 170 more blue beads than red ones. From here you can find the value of one unit which you can use to find the final number of red beads and total number of beads. Finally to find percentage, red beads(in numerator) over total number of beads(denominator) x 100%
