common side length is 5 cm
breadth of rect. is 5 cm
length is therefore 45/5 = 9 cm
base of trinagle is 5 cm
height os 9-5 = 4 cm
area of trinagle is 0.5 x 4 x 5 = 10 cm²
area of fig. is 10+45+25 = 80 cm²
