log₂₇ 3 = log 3/log 27
= log 3/3log 3
= 1/3

log₆₄ [ log₂ (2x+3)] = 1/3
=> log₂ (2x+3) = 64^(1/3) = 4
=> log₂ (2x+3) = 4
=> 2x+3 = 2⁴ = 16
=> 2x+3 = 16
=> x = 13/2

For log 27 3, we use a change of base to base 2 to simply this expression. Or, if you can recognise that 3 is the cube root of 27, you can convert the 3 to the cube root of 27 before evaluating this logarithm to 1/3.

We then convert each log into index form from the outermost log to the innermost log if there are several logs arranged in a row.
