Can someone help with this question? Im a little lost on how to solve the first part of it and I havent looked at the rest of the question either... Would appreciate help with any part, thank you!

The question wants you to have all the power to be positive. This means when the index is (x^-n), change it to (1/x^n)

I suggest you to split the numbers to their prime factors to make it easier to divide. Make sure you dont divide and multiply wrongly. Follow the index rules strictly to avoid any mistakes.
