Put everything on the left side to equate to 0. Leave everything in terms of e^x. So the e^2x will become (e^x)^2

You now have a quadratic equation in terms of e^x, where

a=1, b= -9e, c= 18e^2

You can solve the equation by finding the roots using normal quadratic formula
