Alan paid 1/4 of what the rest paid. This means that he paid 1/5 of the total.

Similarly, benedict paid 1/4 of the total and calvin paid 3/10 of the total.

Add everything together and subtract it from 1 to get how much June paid. (1/4 of total)

Finding the difference between june and alan will give you $14. (1/20 of total)

Therefore the present costs 14 × 20
=$280

Hope it helps!
