Something like this would be good. The technique for solving R-formulae questions are more or less fixed or very similar across questions since the formats followed are the same, but it's just that the single sinusoidal form undertaken may be different depending on the situation.

And of course for part a, we just simply use our plain TOA CAH SOH to obtain our solution.
