Using the logarithmic rules, you can change the bases of the logs to change from log to ln.

a) lg2x = ln2x /ln10
b) log 5 (2x+3) = ln(2x+3) / ln5
c) log a (sinx) = ln(sinx) / ln a

e) e^y = x^2 +2, y = ln(x^2 + 2)

Etc.

For the denomenator, you can factorise it out as a constant and leave the x function into the differentiation.

Go try it out!
