A: 20u
J: 370-20u

1/4 of A = 5u

1/5 of J = 1/5 x (370-20u) = 74 - 4u

5u = 74 - 4u + 25
1u = 11

A = 220
J = 150

A collect 70 more than J

each 1/4 that Andy has is also 25 more than J (like you drew - good job!) so to find the value of 1 unit (= 1/5 of J), take away the extra 25 from each of A's big units and divide by 4+5 = 9.
