The model is slightly tricky to draw. Draw for one scenario first, then the other below the first so that you can make sure the length is correct. Then draw in the 1/2 marbles that were removed.
After dragging down the top model's boxes to the bottom model, you can make sure all the empty boxes are the same size and label them 1 unit.
