tan y (3 sin y - 1) + 2 ( 3 sin y - 1) = 0
(3 sin y - 1) (tan y + 2) = 0
(3 sin y - 1) = 0 or (tan y + 2) = 0
you should be able to continue from here …

Factorise by grouping before finding basic angle and eliminating certain quadrants. Take note the range is 0 to 180 degrees and to round off your answer to 1 decimal place.
