Blue marbles are 1/6 of total marbles. Since red is 3/4 of blue marbles, red is
3/4 × 1/6 of total marbles =1/8

If you add 1/8 and 1/6 and yellow marbles you get the number of marbles altogether. Therefore yellow marbles
=1 - 1/6 - 1/8
= 17/24

The difference between yellow and red is 221, which is 17/24 - 1/8 = 14/24 = 7/12

7 parts = 221
1 part = 221/7
12 parts = 221/7 × 12 = total number of marbles altogether

R is 3/4 of B. B is 1/6 of total. Y is 221 more than B.

Since B is 1/6 of total, it makes sense that if I were to draw 4 units for B the model would have 24 units in total. R would be 3 units, and Y would be 4 units + 221.

13 units --> 221

The rest should be clear.
