Part ii is talking about another graph cutting through the original graph. Since y = c, m which is the gradient can be assumed as 0, but as for the answer I think you'll need a graph paper to find out.

How to use graph paper to find out. Like how to find range of values. Must I use like b^2-4ac=0 or what. I dun understand
