Typically you will bee looking at molten metallic or ionic compounds as their free moving electrons (for metals) and free moving ions (for ionic) allow for these carriers to carry charges around and complete a circuital loop.

Answer should be B cos it’s an ionic compound. Ions in molten state r mobile. Ethanoic acid doesn’t dissociate unless in aqueous state. The other two are covalent compounds so cannot conduct electricity. Hope this helps!
