Conditions for 4-digit numbers which are multiples of 5 are
1. Last digit must be 5 or 0
2. First digit cannot be 0
Possible numbers starting with 2 are 2035, 2053, 2305, 2350, 2503, 2530. We remove 2053 and 2503 from this list. Four remaining.
Possible numbers starting with 3 are 3025, 3052, 3205, 3250, 3502 and 3520. We remove 3052 and 3502 from this list. Four remaining.
Possible numbers starting with 5 are 5023, 5032, 5203, 5230, 5302 and 5320. We remove 5023, 5032, 5203 and 5302 from this list. Two remaining.
The rest are divisible by 5. There are ten of them.
