Cut the border up into 4 rectangles, 2 blue and 2 yellow as seen above. Then length of blue rectangle will be 16cm + 3cm +3cm while width is 2cm. Yellow rectangle length is 3cm and width is 20cm. Calculate the area for 2 yellow and 2 blue rectangles then add them up
