when x = a,
y = 2a³ + 15a² - 72a + 35
also
when x = -a,
y = -2a³ + 15a² + 72a + 35
same remainder means:
2a³ + 15a² - 72a + 35 = -2a³ + 15a² + 72a + 35
4a³ - 144a = 0
a²(a - 36) = 0
a = 0 or a = 36
y = 2a³ + 15a² - 72a + 35
also
when x = -a,
y = -2a³ + 15a² + 72a + 35
same remainder means:
2a³ + 15a² - 72a + 35 = -2a³ + 15a² + 72a + 35
4a³ - 144a = 0
a²(a - 36) = 0
a = 0 or a = 36
