x-coordinate o f C = x
y-coordinate o f C = 0
Length of AB = ((4-x)^2 + (7-0)^2)^0.5
=((4-x)^2 + 49)^0.5
Length of BC = ((-3-x)^2 + (2-0)^2)^0.5
=((-3-x)^2 + 4)^0.5
Equate the two equations and find x
y-coordinate o f C = 0
Length of AB = ((4-x)^2 + (7-0)^2)^0.5
=((4-x)^2 + 49)^0.5
Length of BC = ((-3-x)^2 + (2-0)^2)^0.5
=((-3-x)^2 + 4)^0.5
Equate the two equations and find x
