Given Angle EHG is twice angle EGF
RATIO angle EHG : angle EGH = 2 : 1
Therefore
EHG : EGF
2 : 1
60 : 30
60 : (60/2)
If EHG= x
So EGF = x/2

To probe EFGH is Trapezium, line EF must be parallel with GH (EF//GH). Or any two lines is parallel.
For any parallel line, total converse interior angle = 180
Since angle EFG = 90 and angle FGH = 90. Therefore interior angle EFG + FGH = 90+90 = 180. Hence we can conclude EF//GH. So, EFGH is Trapezium. You can google to get more information for converse angle. Hope this helps

Thank you so much but may I know what is converse of interior angles and y is it used here ?
that means consecutive interior angles are supplementary (add together =180°)
