I seem to be somewhat near the answer but I don’t understand.

Total cost of 3 handbags = 46.7 x 3 =140.1
7u = 140.1 + 15.3 = 155.4
1u = 22.2 (First handbag)
3u = 22.2 x 3 = 66.6 (Second handbag)
66.6 - 15.3 = 51.3 (Third handbag)
Cost diff between 1st and 3rd
= 51.3 - 22.2 = 29.1
