As you notice....
b) Circle number = (Figure number -1)ⅹ (Figure number -1)
Therefore, when figure number 38
= (38-1) ⅹ (38-1)
= 37 × 37
=1369
c) Star number = (Figure number × 2) - 1
Therefore, star number = 99
Figure number = (99+1)÷2 = 50.
