Changi + first km=$5+$3.20=$8.20

So distance travelled=10.3km-1km=9.3km
1km=1000m
9.3km=9300m
400 and above =$0.22
=9300/400=23.25 ( equal to 24 times)
So 24×0.22=$5.28
Total amount paid=$8.20+$5.28=$13.48
