Since one notebook costs twice as much as a pen, a notebook = a pen
1 notebook = 2 pens
Thus, there will an extra of 3 notebooks.
3 notebooks = 6 pens
$24.80 = 6 pens
1 pen = $4.13
2 pens = $8.26
