The one-cm data is so that we do not use fractional numbers as factors.
Since perimeter is 22 cm,
L + B + L + B = 22
2L + 2B = 22
L + B = 11
We need to find two numbers so that L + B = 11, all sides are more than 2 cm each and the volume is 144.
The only good combination for L and B is 3 + 8 since 5 and 7 are not factors of 144 (otherwise 4 + 7 and 5 + 6 are possible).
Height = 144 / 3 / 8 = 6 cm.
I will write this down on paper later for clarity.
