Knowing what cos a and sin b is, you can basically infer what sin a and cos b are by drawing a right angle triangle, and using the fact that the sine of an angle is Opposite/Hypothenuse and the cosine of an angle is Adjacent/Hypothuse...this concept will be demonstrated in my answer, hope that it helps :)
