I'd strongly advise you to refer to a textbook. They literally list out the steps along with diagrams, which will be better than whatever answers we upload (since uploaded answers only show the final product).
Anyway:
(i) asks for perpendicular bisector of AB. Take out your compass and open it some distance apart. Put the sharp tip at A, mark out two lines with the pencil as shown. Keeping the same distance, put the tip now at B, and repeat. There should now be 2 crosses. The line passing through these 2 crosses is the perpendicular bisector of AB.
(ii) asks for angle bisector of ABT. Put the sharp tip at B, mark out a spot on line AB and on BT. Now place the sharp tip at the mark on AB, and mark a line as shown. Keep the same distance with the compass, put the tip now at the mark on BT and mark another line as shown. There should now be a cross, and line passing through this cross and B is the angle bisector of ABT.
