For 15, think about how many 1 cm cubes can be lined up against a side of length 35 cm and length 8 cm respectively. Use that info to calculate the number of cubes in a base and the maximum number of complete bases he can make.

for (b) think about the volume of one cube, and the amount of empty space left after he used up all the original cubes
