As you reflect the circle along the vertical line x = 1, the most notable and countable change is the shift in the centre of the circle.

Of course reflecting along a vertical line will not affect the y value of the centre, but the x value will change.

The centre is initially at x = 2, which is 1 unit to the right of the line x = 1.

Of course, after reflection, the new centre will be 1 unit to the left of the line x = 1, so the new centre is at x = 0.

So the new centre of the circle is (0, 3).

The radius of the circle remains unchanged during the reflection.
