Q5 is a Sec 3 Elementary Maths topic, not a Sec 2 Maths topic. This technique of completing the square is probably alien to you.

Q6 requires you to do the reverse of quadratic equation solving.

Normally, to solve for the x-intercept of the equation, say, y = -4x2 + 10x + 24, you would set y = 0 and then proceed to solve -4x2 + 10x + 24 = 0, then factorise the equation and solve for x.

This time, we are given the final values of x and we need to reconstruct the equation of the curve, so we need to do the exact same steps but in reverse steps.
