ken gave ian 45 cards. Ian had 95 cards at first. sorry i cant seem to upload pictures, but drawing models should help.
For ian, draw 11 units for silver and 8 units for blue
for Ken draw 2 units for silver and 1 unit for blue

There might be a more sophisticated answer, but this uses ratios and simultaneous equations, both of which should be familiar to a person studying at your level :)
