12x2 + 2u = 6u

area = 6x12 = 72 cm²

Perimeter = 6 units

Length + breadth + length + breadth = 6 units

Length + breadth = 3 units

Breadth = 1 unit
Length = 2 units

2 units = 12 cm
1 unit = 6 cm

so area is 12 x 6 = 72 cm2.
