350 (Ans)

Check:
840 - 350 = 490
350×⅕ = 70
70 + 350 = 420
420/840 = ⅔ √√√


In the end:
Roy → ⅔ × 840 = 560
Alex → 840 - 560 = 280

280 ÷ 4 = 70 【⅕ gave to Roy, only 4 unit left for Alex】

280 + 70 = 350 (Ans)
OR
5 × 70= 350 (Ans)
