Sorry, local schools here don't learn these in primary 4.
They learn conversions for:
- centimetres/metres
- metres/kilometres
- grams/kilograms
- mililitres/litres

Tutor Suleen is right that these are not taught in Singapore Primary levels. However, it should not be an obstacle for one's learning. Do keep trying to get it right and it will be as simple and easy to do Math in a fun and enjoyable manner.
