complement method :
P (exactly two are the same colour)
= 1 - P(all 3 balls are same colours)
= 1 - P(all 3 are blue)
= 1 - (8/10 x 7/9 x 6/8)
= 1 - 336/720
= 1 - 7/15
= 8/15
