Originally, they have the same number.
After Lucas gave 20 to Wayne, Wayne has 40 more than Lucas. (the 20 that Lucas gave him and 20 from his own. - the 2 dotted boxes)
1 unit + 40 = 245
1 unit = 245 - 40 = 205
Lucas has 205 stamps now.
