25% are women. 100% - 25% = 75%
So 75% are men.
100% → 800
75% →75/100 x 800 = 3/4 x 800 = 600
Or
100% → 800
1% → 800 ÷ 100 = 8
75% = 8 x 75 = 600

Or
25% is ¼.
1 - ¼ = ¾
So ¾ are men.
Men = ¾ x 800 = 600
Or 4 units = 800
1 unit = 800 ÷ 4 = 200
Men = 3 units = 200 x 3 = 600

b)
Percentage of men that supported Team B = 240/600 x 100% = 2/5 x 100% = 40%
Or
100% → 600
1% → 600 ÷ 100 = 6
240 ÷ 6 = 40 → 40%
So 40% of men support Team B
