cos θ = 2√2/3 or -2√2/3
hence,
sec θ = 3/(2√2) or -3/(2√2)
tan θ = 1/(2√2) or -1/(2√2)
...
cos θ = 2√2/3 or -2√2/3
hence,
sec θ = 3/(2√2) or -3/(2√2)
tan θ = 1/(2√2) or -1/(2√2)

4th quadrant also possible. There's another set of answers. The x = √8 you put as N.A actually satisfies the 4th quadrant
J is correct. The angle of interest can be in the third or the fourth quadrant, so there exist different solutions.
