We know that at the end they have the same number of stamps. And we know that at the end Paul has 2 units. If they have the same number, means Paul has 360 and Samuel has 360. Since 1 unit for Paul is 180 , and was given to Samuel. Samuel had 180 for 3 units. Since question mentioned Samuel gave 1/4. Means Samuel had 4 units. Thus, answer 240.
