The object is comprised of cubes. We knw that volume of a cube with side of length 'l' is lxlxl
Totally, there are 14 cubes. Total volume is 896. Therefore, 14xlxlxl = 896
Thus, length of the side is 4
Base is comprised of 8 cubes. Thus, 8x4 = 32cm. This should be the length of the base.
