20 units —> 60 cm
1 unit —> 3 cm
3 units —> 9 cm
8 units —> 24 cm
9 units —> 27 cm
27 cm is the longest length and is the slanted side
The other two lengths, 9 cm and 24 cm are the base and the height of the triangle.
Area of triangle
= 1/2 x 9 x 24
= 108 cm^2
This question is mathematically flawed at Secondary 2 levels and up due to the Pythagoras’ Theorem not being obeyed.

It's a terribly designed question. Typically students aren't required to have assumed knowledge that a right angled triangle's longest length is the hypotenuse
