The next smallest cube from the left over is 3x3x3 cube, total small cube needed to form a 3x3x3 cube = 27 small cube.
Existing have 14 small cube
Therefore. 27-14=13 small cube needed to form smallest cube.

Take note: small cube here refer 1x1x1 cube.
