5 = 15/3
= 13/3 + 2/3
= 11/3 + 2/3 + 2/3
= 9/3 + 2/3 + 2/3 + 2/3
= 7/3 + 2/3 + 2/3 + 2/3 + 2/3
= 5/3 + 2/3 + 2/3 + 2/3 + 2/3 + 2/3
= 3/3+2/3+2/3+2/3+2/3+2/3+2/3
= ⅓ + ⅔ + ⅔ + ⅔ + ⅔ + ⅔ + ⅔ + ⅔

left ⅓ kg sugar [ 7 bags of ⅔ kg ]

5kg = 5 x 1kg = 5 x 3/3 kg = 15/3 kg = 15 x ⅓ kg. ⅔kg = 2 x ⅓ kg. You have 15 thirds and divide by 2 thirds. So 15 ÷ 2 = 7 R1. So you have 7 groups of 2 thirds, and have
1 of the third as remainder which cannot be divided, which is therefore ⅓kg left
