The easiest is to let P, Q, R be (x1, y1), (x2, y2) and (x3, y3) and form the midpoint equations to obtain two sets (one each for x and y) of linear simultaneous equations in three variables (first set is for x1, x2, x3, while the second set is for y1, y2 and y3) to find the coordinates.

There is another method, albeit not so obvious, way to do this question unless you are able to extract some parallelograms from the diagram of two triangles.

But the variables will be all different. How to equate them to become simultaneous equations?

There will be a simul with first equation x1 and x2, second equation x1 and x3 and third equation x2 and x3. We use two of the equations and eliminate the common variable to reduce the equations into your ordinary simul in two variables.

Something like this would be good. For the simuls, there are other approaches as well.
