The answer is 10 handkerchiefs.
From the start point of one handkerchief to the next, the distance is 20cm.
193cm/20cm = 9.65
With 9 handkerchief the distance required is 9 x 20 = 180.
Because at 180cm, it is the start point of the next handkerchief and 1 handkerchief has 13cm width, it is able to fit in one more handkerchief after the 9th one.
